This course helps you prepare for CCNA certification. You will learn decision-making and problem solving techniques in the application of science, mathematics and communication to solve networking problems. Through hands on activities and labs, you will learn to install and configure Cisco switches and routers in multi-protocol networks using local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), provide level 1 troubleshooting service, and improve network performance and security.
There is no prerequisite but would be an advantage to have some basic networking knowledge.
