- Installing upgrading and migrating to Windows 10
- Deploying Windows 10
- Configuring hardware and applications
- Configuring network connectivity
- Configuring active resources
- Configuring mobile computing
- Monitoring and maintaining systems that run Windows 10
- Configuring backup and recovery options
Configuring Windows Devices Exam 70-697
- Identifying cause and resolving desktop application issues
- Identifying the cause of and resolving networking issues
- Managing and maintaining systems that run Windows 10 client
- Supporting mobile users
- Identifying the cause of and resolving security issues
Funding Available:
This course is FREE (SAAS part-time funding) to anyone who is on benefits or earning £25,000 or less, given that they have not used SAAS/ILA funding towards any other course/training in the last 12 months.
Those in receipt of following benefits are automatically eligible:

- Incapacity Benefit/Employment Support Allowance
- Child Tax Credit (minimum rate)
- Pension Credit
