Flexible training opportunities for businesses

If you are a Scottish businesses with less than 150 employees. You can get funding for up to 10 employees per business.

Skills Development Scotland (SDS) will refund up to 50 per cent of each episode of employee training up to a maximum of £500 for each employee.

Additional information

Flexible Training Opportunities gives businesses with under 100 employees the opportunity to apply for up to £5,000 towards employee training costs.

Managed by SDS and supported by the European Social Fund, it aims to help small businesses become more resilient and boost productivity and success.
